Do you accept returns?

 

Our unique swimwear is handmade in small batches keeping them exclusive.

1. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges. We do not currently offer refunds to original forms of payment. All shipping returns are the customer’s financial responsibility. 

2.  Items tagged as final sale are final sale. No exceptions.

3. Exchanges/returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving.

4. BEFORE shipping us back your Strevel Designs swimwear or accessories, items MUST be: unworn/unwashed, have tags attached and liners in place (please try on swimwear over underwear).

5. If we receive a suit that has been worn, not taken care of, damaged, torn/ripped, stained, tried on with bare skin contact, or not in its original condition, we will send the suit back to you without exchange or refund.
